Privacy notice

TELY is operated by Guangzhou Kaixing Culture Communication Co., Ltd.. This notice explains how we use personal information when you visit tely.fun, place a direct order or contact support.

Korean customs clearance

South Korea is not currently available for direct checkout. Any personal customs clearance code supplied with an earlier order remains with that order for fulfillment and record keeping. It is available only to authorized staff and the relevant delivery or customs provider, and is not used for advertising or sent to Google Analytics.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, email, delivery and billing address, contact phone number, customs information supplied with earlier orders, order contents, transaction status, support messages, returns information, wholesale inquiry details (company, requested SKUs, quantities and delivery requirements), device and browser details, approximate location, referral source and interactions with the website. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

Why we use it

We use information to provide checkout, process and deliver orders, calculate shipping and tax, send order messages, prepare and respond to wholesale quotations, provide support, manage returns, prevent fraud, keep the site secure, comply with accounting and legal duties, and improve the store. Optional analytics or advertising data is used only after consent where required.

Website analytics and cookies

Essential storage keeps the site, cart, security and sign-in functions working. First-party traffic measurement records visits, page views, approximate source, device type, browser family, referring website domain, campaign source and country. The raw IP address is not stored; it is transformed into a pseudonymous identifier. These analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and do not track signed-in administrators. A browser preference can exclude internal review visits from measurement; it is remembered in local storage and a preference cookie for up to one year. Country estimates reflect the connection IP and can be affected by VPNs or proxies.

If Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement is enabled, it loads only after you allow optional analytics cookies. You may decline without losing essential shopping functions. Google may then process page and shopping-event information under its own privacy terms; complete card details are not sent to Google.

Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably needed with providers that operate hosting, database and media storage, PayPal payment services, transactional email, delivery and tracking, security, analytics and customer support. A carrier receives delivery details for an order it transports. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, the store or our rights.

International processing

TELY and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for these transfers.

Retention and security

Order and transaction records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Other information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for optional analytics. You may also have a right to complain to a local privacy authority. Email official@tely.fun; we may need to verify the request and retain records required by law.

Children and policy changes

The store is not directed to children who may not lawfully make an online purchase. We do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this notice as the store or legal requirements change and will show the new date on this page.

Sale of personal information

TELY does not sell customer personal information or exchange it for money.
