Privacy notice

Information we use

For direct orders, TELY receives the contact, shipping and order information needed to process payment, deliver products, provide support and handle returns. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

Payment and service providers

Direct payment is handled by PayPal under its own privacy terms. Hosting, database, storage, carriers and email services may process limited information only as needed to provide the service.

Embedded video

The homepage uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed. Loading or playing the video may still send technical information to YouTube and Google. The player is configured without an external watch button and does not require a TELY account.

Retention

Order and transaction records are retained as needed for fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information. Expired unpaid checkout records may be closed automatically.
