Shipping information

This policy applies to orders placed directly on tely.fun. Shipping information for an Amazon purchase is shown by the relevant Amazon marketplace.

Where we deliver

Direct checkout is currently available for the destinations below. An order can only be paid after the delivery address is accepted and the final shipping charge is shown.

Canada: Large and standard products use the first rate; Extra Large uses the second. Shipping is charged once per order at the highest size rate in the cart.

Germany and the United Kingdom ship from local warehouses. France has free direct shipping; the dispatch and carrier details are confirmed with the order. Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore ship from China with DDP service; applicable import duties and taxes are covered by TELY. Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates orders ship from China. US orders are fulfilled domestically.

For Japan, Mexico and remaining European destinations, please use the regional Amazon marketplace on our Where to Buy page. Other destinations may request a wholesale quotation.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit begins after dispatch and depends on the destination:

• United States, Germany, United Kingdom and France: within 5 business days after dispatch.
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates: 10–12 calendar days after dispatch.
• Hong Kong and Singapore: within 3 calendar days after dispatch.

The destination-specific estimate and shipping charge are also shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may change because of carrier, customs or weather delays.

Shipping charges, tax and duties

Product price, shipping charge and any tax calculated by the store are itemised before payment. DDP service covers applicable import charges for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Any tax calculated by the store is shown separately.

United Arab Emirates

Direct checkout is available for the UAE with free shipping from China. A postal code is optional; provide your emirate, city, complete street address and phone number. Applicable import charges are included under the configured delivery service.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking is added to the order after dispatch when provided by the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, is marked delivered but cannot be found, or has no tracking movement for an unusual period, email official@tely.fun with the order number and relevant photographs where applicable.

Address changes

Check the complete delivery address before payment. Contact us promptly after ordering if a correction is needed. Once dispatched, a change or redirection depends on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Amazon orders

For an order completed on Amazon, the delivery date, price, shipping cost, tax and fulfilment provider shown by Amazon apply. Tracking and delivery support must be started from that Amazon order.
