Shipping information

Direct orders

Available destinations and the shipping charge are shown in the direct checkout before you continue to PayPal. If no rate is available for your country, the site will not accept payment.

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery time depends on destination and carrier. Tracking is added to the order after dispatch.

Amazon orders

Amazon displays delivery dates, shipping costs and fulfilment details for your address. Amazon remains responsible for fulfilment and order tracking when an order is placed on Amazon.

International charges

Import duties, taxes or carrier charges may apply to international direct orders unless they were collected during checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Address changes

Contact us immediately after ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can change or redirect the address.
