Terms of sale

These terms apply to direct purchases from tely.fun, operated by Guangzhou Kaixing Culture Communication Co., Ltd. under the TELY brand. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.

Products and availability

We work to keep titles, descriptions, dimensions, images, prices and stock accurate. Product colour can vary slightly because of screens, lighting and manufacturing batches. Availability shown for each SKU may change until payment is completed.

Prices, tax and delivery charges

Prices are shown in the stated currency. Shipping, tax and any other amount collected by TELY are itemised before payment. International duties or local charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient as described in the Shipping Policy.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. A direct order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued. Payment is processed by PayPal, which may offer PayPal or card payment depending on the buyer and region. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, payment failure or an address we cannot service.

Delivery, risk and returns

Processing, delivery estimates, charges and international duties are described in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, the 30-day request window, return costs and refund timing are described in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Product use and safety

Use a puzzle board on a stable surface and follow the supplied product instructions. Keep packaging and small puzzle pieces away from children where they may create a choking risk. Stop using a product if it is damaged in a way that may make use unsafe.

Intellectual property

The TELY name, logo, site design, product text, photographs and other original content are owned by or licensed to TELY. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TELY is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Amazon purchases

An order completed on Amazon is also governed by the price, payment, delivery, returns and marketplace terms displayed by that Amazon marketplace. TELY's direct-order checkout terms do not replace Amazon's order process.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in the customer's country. We may update these terms prospectively and will show the latest date on this page.
